No subleting is allowed. No AirBnb or other short term rental business is allowed.
Renter's Insurance is required before moving in and shall be maintained with proof given to the landlord at each renewal interval.
Any police or fire service calls caused by tenant that results in a charge to the landlord shall be paid by the tenant.
Upstairs Deck and wall cap cannot be used for any potted plants or storage. A BBQ and small outdoor furniture are allowed on the deck. The deck must dry out after getting damp, so items cannot be left on it that would keep it from drying out.
Entry Gate, Sidewalk and Patio Areas are Common Areas and Paths to the rear door of 270 Lindero's garage, and are used by the gardener and maintenance personnel which have a key to the tall glass gate for access. The exterior of the building is power washed or painted on occasion requiring ladders to be set up all around the 272 building and at 272 Lindero entry area and on the upstairs deck.
