GREAT neighborhood! One block from UA Main Library, pool, elementary school, 4th of July fireworks, tennis courts, Northam Park, football and baseball fields, UA Labor Day Arts festival, playground equipment and much more. Neighbors are friendly and we have an annual block party. We have also won an award for a float we built and entered in the 4th of July parade. Neighborhood has a mixture of all age groups, from new parents to grandparents.
