Every one of the condos has a lanai also, with 71 sq ft more out in the Hawaii tropical air. The Koolau Mountains emerald peaks, the lights of Honolulu that shine every evening and an enviable angle that can give you almost every inch of world-famous Diamond Head are views Parkland Gardens residents savor from home. Down on the ground level you can cross the road to something very special. There sits your tennis court, surrounded on every side by tropical plants and trees. Next to it is the bbq and picnic area, equally embraced by greenery, with its own gazebo for relaxing with loved ones. These features are wonderfully unique, standing alone, yet fully part of the building. Another part of the building experience is quick, easy access to the highway.
