This 2nd floor apartment gets tons of light.Heat is included, dogs are OK, but no cats (I hate cats!)The apartment available on 9/1 and if you don't like this unit, I have similar unit available on the 1st floor. The kitchen is older but the rent is $100 per months less. The last 2 apartments that I have rented have been leased to the 1st people that saw them.
