Please message me to find out more about the room! One bedroom in a 2-bed, 1-bath furnished apartment available for rent in Cambridge from 9/1. The room is partially furnished now and I'm holding off on adding a bed and desk until I enter into an agreement with the next housemate. The previous housemate had their own furniture so I sold off a few items to accommodate her, and I don't want to buy anything new until the tenant's situation is clear. The photo shows the room fully furnished before the last tenant. The apartment has all wood floors, built-in cabinets, a kitchen pantry, and wood trim. There is plenty of light in the unit, and it's a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Shared space includes the bathroom, kitchen, living room and hallway. Huron Village location is an easy 20-minute walk to Harvard Square. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to restaurants, banks, and shops. #75 bus stops right by the building and there is plenty of street parking in front of the building. I love living in this space, and have created a cozy, welcoming environment here. Ideally, I'm wanting to add someone through July 2025, or for the full lease period, which goes until 8/31/25. I'd be okay with you stay on for at least until the end of the academic year (June). Joining the lease is not required at all, but is possible. If you enter the lease, the management company will want to do a credit and background check on you before you move in.
