The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances and utensils for homemade evening meals, as well as the essential coffee pot (regular drip coffee pot) for guests to enjoy. There is a dining room table that comfortably seats 6 guests (4 chairs and a bench). The upstairs family room boasts great views of the lake, as well as comfortable seating in front of a stone fireplace. Enjoy walking out to the deck and listening to the morning loons while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea! The downstairs family room provides a spacious and comfortable experience for all ages. There are games provided that will be sure to create instant laughs and lasting memories! In the master bedroom, there is a full-bath as well as a comfortable king size mattress and walk-in-closet. The other four bedrooms provide a cozy and comfortable queen size mattress and closet space in each room. There is a beautiful and spacious laundry room located right off of the main entrance door. House available for medium-term rentals December-April. WINTER: Bring your snowmobile as the cabin is just minutes away from the Paul Bunyan trail, as well as other trails in the area. Other outdoor activities include ice fishing on the lake or surrounding lakes, minutes from outdoor skating rinks and close to many snow shoes/cross country ski trails. If outdoor winter activities are not your thing, just enjoy the cozy cabin feel around the fireplace with hot chocolate or playing board games! SUMMER: the dock is available for swimming, kayaking (two kayaks & two life jackets provided) or docking your boat. There is also a fire pit located near the lake for evening bonfires! Also, the lake is large enough for tubing and skiing behind the boat! Utilities included. We do not allow any smoking in the house, partying, or pets. We have a strict policy on partying and if this house rule is broken you will lose your deposit, an additional fee will be applied, and you will not be able to book at this location again. During the winter, renter is responsible for shoveling snow.
