Bus stops are 1/2 block away, and the condo is on several major bike routes. Grocery stores (Safeway and Walmart) are within walking distance (2 blocks away), as are coffee shops, fitness centers, and the 29th St Mall. Pearl Street and the CU campus are only a 15 minute walk. More precisely, it's on Valmont, between Folsom and 28th Street and almost in the middle of the block on the north side of the road. No pets!
