5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom Available starting February 1st. Family room has gas fireplace and master bedroom has its own gas fireplace as well. The master bedroom has a two door closet and a walk in closet and a sitting area on front of fireplace along with a private balcony. The neighborhood entrance is across the street from a golf course. The basement has a bedroom with its own full bathroom along with a 2nd family room and currently another room in the basement was originally set up as a private movie theater. If you decide you want to move forward with renting the property there's a $50 application fee. I pay the $50 to a company that does a credit and background check. If credit score is below 700 I require two month security deposit instead of one month. Any red flags that could come up during the credit and background check that forces me to decline the application would be any past evictions, bankruptcies, criminal history or if the applicant has any past due debt. For example credit card debt. If everything looks good then the property can be locked in with a $1000 deposit (this $1K deposit is optional not required), this money goes towards your first months rent. If the $1,000 deposit is paid showing you're serious and not going to back out I shut down all my advertisements and cancel all pending walk-throughs and applicants and the place is yours. If you change your mind on renting after paying the deposit it is not refunded. I do allow pets but there is a monthly pet fee. This house has only 4 legal bedrooms the 5th large bedroom is what was originally set up as a movie theater and has two closets but no windows.
