One acre, in-town, forested, award-winning schools, and the best commute you can get. Backroads to Symphony Hall, Emory University, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State. Most of my neighbors have an Atlanta address, but the zipcode boundary runs through my backyard; so, I have a Decatur address. None of us, however, is within any city limits. This is unincorporated Dekalb county -- but it is "In the City" (inside the I-285 perimeter loop).
