This home is cozy and cute. For a compact home it has two beds and two baths. Big balcony patio. I understand current renter will move out 8/15. Can't show home until renter has moved. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant takes care of yard and snow. One month rent deposit. Well behaved dogs may be considered. No smoking or any drug use allowed. Happy to have someone enjoy this space! Can help to furnish it if desired. May be extra charge for that depending on what is needed. Stairs now have railings, but pictures were taken before that.
