There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, home office, den/playroom, open floor plan on main floor with dining room, kitchen and living room. Single car garage plus additional parking off the alley. Extensive gardens with fruit trees that include peach, cherry, apple, plum and fig, in addition to grapes, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. The fully fenced backyard has a grassy area, along with a covered and heated deck with great views of Galbraith and Chuckanut Mountains. The neighborhood is close to downtown and only blocks from Trader Joe's, breweries, restaurants, Broadway and Memorial Parks, and the Railroad Trail. Sunnyland School (newly remodeled) is 3 blocks away. The house can be rented furnished - we are open to discussing the best furniture configuration to accommodate your needs. Rent is $4k plus utilities. Upon lease signing, we will require one month's deposit as well as last month's rent. Pets considered.
