The three bedrooms all offer ultimate privacy with en-suite bathrooms. On the 3rd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by stunning valley views. Units 6 and 7 each have 1 covered parking spot and all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, please provide 24 hours notice. The hot tub will take about an hour to heat up and will run for three hours and then turn off automatically for 15 minutes for safety purposes. The primary guest must be 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. Smoking is not allowed in the premises and fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am and the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Before starting any fires, please verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County; igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are cameras throughout the complex for your safety and there will be fines if you tamper with them. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. If you ignite a fire during a burn ban, you will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling).
