It is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with a master bedroom downstairs. 2x6 walls with high efficiency furnace and water heater should help keep the power bill down during the winter months. Not only that, but a heat recovery ventilator brings in fresh warm air into the house. Who doesn't like fresh air? I will be building a fence around the front yard to keep small pets and children in place when outside. All appliances including washer and dryer are included. Pets are ok except any "viscous breeds". Deposit is $3600. All utilities are paid by tenant. Note that there is a 3 bedroom mother in law unit attached to this house.
