Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. It's off of a main, flat, plowed road but winter weather conditions are abundant in Steamboat for 6+ months of the year. All guests must be above 28 unless they are children of the booking party. -- For 30+ night stays we offer a 100% refund for cancellations prior to 90 days before check in, minus a $500 processing fee. Cancellation after 90 days is no refund. Owner pays all utilities. Rent varies based on the month: April - $5000 May - $5000 June - $6500 July - $7500 August - $7500 September - $6000 October - $5000 Terms negotiable for rentals of more than 1 month. All guests required to pay for a midstay clean by our professional housekeeping company.
