New dishwasher, newer microwave, Kitchenaid mixer, new toaster, newer coffee maker, Cuisinart huge mixer. Kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need for baking and cooking. New Samsung washing machine with wonderful large barrel, no aggitator, (see pics) and Newer Samsung dryer are in unit. Besides having a designated parking spot near front door for your car, there's another parking space for unit, and guest parking. This is a direct-water-access property on St. Joseph Sound near private picnic area. (Large boat launching fees apply). Free kayak and sailboat launches. I have a kayak you can use for free, but you'll need your own vest and paddle. There is a small sand-beach on property for children to play in, plus outdoor resort-style heated pool and new exercise room and renovated library. BBQ grills available at shady picnic area next to private beach on the property offering winter Saturday potluck breakfasts. WALKERS NOTE: Walk through pathway over to the Dunedin Causeway, over two bridges to "Welcome to Honeymoon Island" sign, two 1/2 miles away. (5 miles round-trip). In car, one stop light to Honeymoon Island State Park, which sells $8.00 daily passes and $125 annual passes. Honeymoon Island has two beach restaurants overlooking Gulf of America! Beautiful! Across street is the bike trail and bus stop. Publix grocery store, mall, Dunkin Donuts, and 7-Eleven is less than quarter mile away, very easy stroll. Wake up every morning, put on your walking shoes and walk right out the front door to the beach without having to get in the car. Great location. HVAC system installed February 2019. HEPA ultimate filtering portable machine by Allen Systems is in unit. Mediterranean Manors front office has "new tenant only" requirements before anyone can move in: $250 application fee, background check, credit check, application docs to be filled out by prospective tenant. Front office gives you parking passes and community information packet. This townhouse has a very PRIVATE patio area with palm trees and beautiful smelling Hawaiian Plumeria tree right outside sliding door to the private backyard patio. NEW screen installed October 2025! Enjoy dinner outside in backyard patio with large dining table. Take foldable full-length lounge chairs to beach for relaxing day on Honeymoon Island beach. SMART TV in bedrooms and living room (Three TVs total) . Duke electric is not included in leases. If you're interested in a short-term lease: Four-month lease is $4,000 per month rental. In Florida, leases less than six months is considered a short-term rental, and applicable short-term taxes will be paid by owner; not tenant.
