This solar-powered, off-grid tiny home in the California desert is a 1990 Fleetwood Jamboree Rallye sitting on a quarter acre of land near Aerial Acres, CA. They are being sold together, as-is/where-is. I spent a lot of time, money and effort outfitting this RV as a tiny vacation home, but am unable to visit it as regularly as I hoped, so I'm looking to sell to a caring owner who can better enjoy it. The RV: It runs, but will likely need a fuel pump to get it driving in tip-top shape if you plan to move it long distance. Fuel filter, alternator and tires were all replaced in 2018. Needs some TLC, but in overall good vehicle/living shape, as you can see in the pictures. Minor leaks around rear windows but no major issues. It is equipped with a 525-watt solar system. Note: Nevada plates are expired on the RV.
The land: I'll give exact coordinates to serious buyers who put down a deposit. The spot is very close to the map in this listing. It's a quarter acre of land in California's high desert. Great, far views. Really beautiful. Nice temps at night even in the summer! Pretty cool parcel with some shrubbery. Excellent off-roading opportunities. The parcel is about 4-5 miles from the nearest paved road, so keep that in mind. Taxes are $9/year. Yes, you read that correctly. Please message me with any questions!
