A receipt for each deposit can be provided as part of this agreement. 13. Lease can be month to month or for one year, based on tenant's preference. 14. Residents agree that they are renting the premises together and yet each will be responsible for the full amount of rent regardless of whether any other Resident within the household should fail to contribute their fair share. 15. During the heating season, Resident shall maintain the heat at a minimum of 55 degrees F, even if the Resident will be absent from the premises for any period of time.
