A few steps away from bus stops and Capital Bike Share, and a few minutes from the Shaw metro station. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this room only shares with 1 other roommate. The space is overall very cozy and feels like a real home. The entire first floor is spacious and comfortable for working, hosting, and hanging out. The room is lovely, with great windows and a private balcony attached. It comfortably fits a queen size bed and other storage furniture if needed, and has ample closet space. The complete house will be available for a year-long lease as of June, so there is opportunity for you to find other folks to move in and re-sign the lease together! Roommates staying until June are lovely and inviting. (2 women in mid 20s -- very quite and respectful!) Utilities are split evenly among tenants (water, gas, electricity).
