This tiny house has been used primarily as a thriving AirBnb, but we are short-term renting beginning in October. The house is being rented as is, meaning the furniture does stay. The rent includes utilities and Wifi. Parking right in front of the house. We are looking for a 12-month lease term. The house sits in a country setting; there is much wildlife, including bears, turkeys, and other woodland creatures. It is just off Riceville Road, a few minutes from dining, groceries, etc. on Tunnel Road and about 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. It does not have a washer and dryer. We are in search of one person who will take good care of it and will appreciate the light, nature and the charm of living slightly off the beaten track, with neighbors who have lived in the lane for years and are descendants of some of the first people in the area. It is a very quiet neighborhood.
