We have practically rebuilt this beautiful quaint cape. We've remodeled the kitchen, both bathrooms and added a half bath. We've taken down the walls, reinsulated and replaced them. We've installed new windows and doors. We've replaced the oil burner and heating system. We've added landscaping, new wiring and new plumbing. We've added a full length back porch and a new patio. We've scraped all the old paint from the exterior down to the wood and repainted the clapboard. We have two working fireplaces. One in the family room and one in the master suite. The master is ground level with French doors leading out to its own covered deck with pergola. We have a chefs kitchen with professional appliances. The farm behind us can never be built on. Our property is very private, yet close to everything.
