This is a garden level apartment in my home on a quiet street within a couple of blocks of the Intemann Trail system and a pleasant 1.5 mile drive/bike/walk to downtown Manitou Springs. The home is on the east side of Manitou giving it quick and easy access to the main highway while still being in the foothills of Manitou. The apartment has a great layout and is very nicely furnished. It's fully accessorized with excellent lighting and tasteful art. Entry is through a sliding glass door off a lovely private deck where you can sit and watch deer (and occasionally turkeys) lounge in the scrub oaks on most days. The kitchen has a countertop convection oven, large Ninja air fryer, full size refrigerator, built in microwave, induction stove top and an infrared grill on the deck - everything needed for the single chef. Access to the washer and dryer is via an adjoining shared hallway. Thus, this is officially a roommate arrangement, but the living quarters are otherwise completely separate and private. (the doors accessing the shared hallway are key locked on your side). Rent includes all utilities and wifi. Month to month, 3 month minimum, one month's notice.
