Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, 3 level home includes snowplowing in the monthly rent. Utilities are not included. We are located approximately 3.3 miles from the base of Mt. Sunapee and about 5 minutes from Sunapee harbor. We have a large backyard for grilling, gardening or lounging. There are lilac bushes and fruit trees that complement the property. Our home comes fully furnished if desired. Snow plowing is included in the monthly rent. Smoking is not allowed inside of the building. Most pets are allowed once pre approved and a minimum, nonrefundable pet fee of $295.00 is paid in full. A six, eight or 12 month lease may be available depending on each situation.
