Does anyone have a criminal record of any kind? Before signing a lease, I will require a copy of a recent paystub, current credit report, a copy of bank statements and possibly a background check, so please be honest and accurate when replying. If anything is found to be false, it would negate your application. Landlord pays for water/sewer only. Tenant responsible for heat, electric, cable TV/wifi, etc.
