The unit was painted throughout, including kitchen cabinets (inside and out), more cabinets added along with the microwave, new appliances, fixtures, lighting, flooring and granite countertops. The bathroom is also all brand new! The hardwood floors were also just refinished. This unit has several rooms that can be used in a variety of different ways. It has two bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, two living rooms or some people use the front room for a large primary bedroom. One assigned parking space comes with the unit and there is plenty of street parking. We supply the washer and dryer as seen in the pictures.
