THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Both the Grand L and Graham L train stops are only a few blocks away for easy commuting, and Cooper Park is just two blocks away for nice green space. There are lots of restaurants and bars in this great neighborhood. Some local favorites are Il Passatore for Italian food and Reclamation Bar for great cocktails with a vintage vibe.
