Centrally located, less than 20 minutes from Northampton and UMass center less than 25 minutes to the center of Greenfield, Amherst and Easthampton. There is a friendly cat who lives in the home and we may consider your cat but unfortunately, dogs aren't allowed at this time due to an allergy. The bedroom is furnished with an incredibly comfortable full-sized bed, your living area is also furnished and there is plenty of closet space. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer dedicated for you as well as cabinet space. We have people of all ages currently living in community here and welcome someone who is thoughtful, respectful, nature-centered and happy to have time shared with people as well as time on their own. No smoking inside the home or in the gardens; we ask that smoking happens in the driveway, well away from the home and entry areas. One year lease is required. Electric is split evenly among the household, wifi is available to be bundled and split but can also be separately secured. Propane gas (stove and hot water) is covered in the rent. Trash, recycling, compost are maintained by the household and the Whately transfer station is open on Sat & Tues for drop off. Rent covers snow plowing of the driveway in the winter but the entry areas are shoveled and salted/sanded by the tenants.
