Constructed in 2013 over a detached garage, our second-floor studio apartment is fully furnished with new carpet. The sleeping area features a queen bed and ample storage with a closet and two dressers. The kitchen features a refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner cooktop, large double-basin sink, toaster oven, microwave, convection oven, and is fully equipped with cookware, plates, utensils, and entertaining supplies. There is a separate dining area with a table and chairs for four, as well as seating for two at the bar. The living room area, featuring two chairs, a futon, and a large coffee table, is a cozy space to play games or sit and visit while taking in the view of the water. The 3/4 Bathroom houses a stackable washer/dryer. Off the dining area, a deck with four chairs offers a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the breeze off the water, while looking out onto Casco Bay. A small grill is located on the deck. Outside, there are stairs leading down to the water, where you can walk along the rocks, go for a swim, or paddle on one of the kayaks. If you prefer to stay on land, Little John Island provides a wonderful setting for walking or biking (bikes are provided). There is parking for one car. Very private fully furnished seasonal rental available October 1st through May 31st. The owner pays all utilities, electricity, internet, and heat. The renter is responsible for shoveling the deck after snowstorms; the owner will plow and shovel out entrances and driveways. A one-month security deposit, as well as a pet deposit (if the pet is accepted).
