A cozy two-story home close to to I-95 entrance, Merit, Downtown, Excellent schools, 2 min from Harborside middle school, 4 min from train station, 6 min from the mall, and 8 min from the beach! The street is very quiet and peaceful. It is also a public street so trash, snow, and leaves are all dealt with by the city. Best of all, NO HOA. The driveway is MASSIVE and can fit up to 7 cars and street parking is a go since all the neighbors are great! We have 2 garages with brand new doors that can easily fit 2 SUV's. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 downstairs bathroom, and a basement that has lots of storage but isn't complete. The master bedroom has lots of privacy, and there is a smaller kids bedroom in front of it. Great for families. The house also has a main door for the living room and a side door that leads to the kitchen. As for the basement, it isn't complete but the hard part is done. Things to consider: The upstairs bedrooms are conversions so they are loft style and have slanted ceilings. Some may not be a fan of how many trees and bushes we have, but if you like nature, this house is amazing. They are just far enough away to give the house sunlight, but also close enough to give you perfect privacy on every side. Some may say it's a bit close to the highway, but the house is well insulated to the point where you can't hear anything.
