Washer Dryer in basement, free to use. Stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and microwave available. There is no access to the garage or basement storage. Public transit: Bus station is a 4 min walk, and NYC Metro (Fairfield Metro station) is 5 minutes away by car. One bedroom has queen bed here, full closet, and six drawers built into the bed platform for extra storage. There is a small dresser and vanity. Second bedroom has a daybed (twin) but it can be swapped for another queen if needed, just let us know! This room also has a full closet and dresser for storage. The newer bathroom separates the two bedrooms to they are not wall to wall. The Bathroom has a large closet for storage, linens, and supplies. Beautiful kitchen with amazing sunlight and a full size pantry for food storage. Kitchen will be stocked with all the basics for your cooking needs; microwave, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, spices and oils. The dining room flows into the living room, which then flows into the indoor porch with french doors which we use as an office with a standing desk and desk treadmill plus a comfy reading nook where you can bask in the sunlight. There is also an outdoor private porch that overlooks the street and is the best place to hang out for happy hour and sunset skies. This is a second floor apartment on a quiet residential street within walking distance of the water, coffee & breakfast, and a variety of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Please note there are two small children that live below, they are up early! As part of your extended stay, we will include a monthly cleaning service, but we may ask that you water the plants once per week. 90 day minimum, 6 mo max. $1000 Refundable Deposit+ first month due upon agreement, $3000/mo due on first of the month. NO pets of any kind. NO smoking. All utilities included; heat, electric, water, wifi, streaming services, garbage, & monthly cleaning services. One car-access to driveway in designated spot, up to 1 more car allowed on-street parking. Guests must park on the street. No overnight guests, no parties or events. Tenant may be responsible for watering plants once per week and taking out their trash to cans. Trash cans out on Thursdays, recycling every other week with the trash.
