It includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and built-in bunk beds in an alcove off the kitchen. There are two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with a covered sitting area beyond. Outside there is a fire pit and a picnic table. There is off street parking in front. Deposit due at signing, as well as last month's rent. Owner pays water, renter is responsible for electric, propane, and internet/Wi-Fi. Up to two non-aggressive dogs permitted with deposit and they must be on a leash while outside and in a crate if left alone inside. All accommodations are non-smoking. Park in assigned spots, no parking on grass.
