There are two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a grill, fire pit, and picnic table outside. There is off street parking for one car, with additional parking in overflow. Deposit due at signing, as well as last month's rent. Owner pays water, renter is responsible for electric, propane, and internet/wifi. Up to two non-aggressive dogs permitted with deposit and they must be on a leash while outside and in a crate if left alone inside. All accommodations are non-smoking. Park in assigned spots, no parking on grass.
