There is also a table for two on the back deck. The house is two blocks from downtown Kirkwood and Bessie Branham Park. Kirkwood is almost like a small town with several restaurants, butcher and baker, wine shop, post office, library, police and fire stations, and pet boarding. Important note! I have to walk through your hallway to get to the washer and dryer in the basement so I am looking for someone who doesn't mind. I always text first. Guests/tenants are welcome to use the lovely backyard as well. There is an indoor/outdoor cat living at this property who will probably visit you from time to time. Fully furnished, with WiFI and all utilities provided. Three month lease that is renewable.
