This is a fixed term right to use agreement for the period beginning October 12, 2024, and expiring May 11, 2025. The condo association requires a $150 renter registration fee, payable at the time of lease signing. This provides you with their credit and criminal background checks; and ongoing notification service -web announcements and parking. During stay, normal cleaning and maintenance is expected by tenant. Tenant will secure professional cleaning service the week before exiting unit.
