Also you're two blocks away from the beautiful Forest Park! Owner pays for water, trash, taxes and insurance cost. Tenant pays for electricity, heating, cable and internet. There is on street parking however when there is a snow storm then both tenants can park in the driveway. Absolutely no smoking of any kind within 20 feet of the property. No smoking in open or closed porches. Owner will provide filters for the microwave vents. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of bleeding the furnace if the oil runs out.
