I'm looking for a solid tenant that is willing to maintain the house both inside and out. As we value tenants that keep our properties in good to excellent condition. The rent must be paid through Venmo, no cash accepted and the utilities are the responsibility of the tenant , which includes the water bill . This is a very nice house so we expect the tenant to thoroughly maintain it. We do not accept smoker and pets . Also, the people stated on the lease are the only ones allowed to reside at the house. There is absolutely no allowance for people moving in or residing at the property after the lease is signed. This property rents for $1300.00 a month and the security deposit is $1600.00. We are looking for a 600 credit score or above and that the income justifies the rent.
