There is a large house on the property that has three separate units. This unit is the "Studio Close to Downtown" which we often refer to as the Kootanai Cabin. You will walk to the right of the house and go past the laundry room to the back of the house for the entry. There is a code entry. The code on the door lock is changed for each new guest. The Kootanai Cabin has a queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom with a stand-up shower. This room has its own mini-split heating and cooling independent of the rest of the house. There is access to the internet and a TV in the studio. Kitchenette is stocked for short to medium stays. The laundry room entrance is on the right side of the house. The laundry room has hours of operation but tenants may need to work out a schedule because of different work hours. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Coeur d' Alene. Walking distance to a 9 hole golf course and restaurant. Deer and turkey are regular guests walking through the yard! Lease terms are flexible from short term to monthly. This property is also rented as a vacation rental, so length of the term will need to accommodate other reservations. The current window of availability is Sept 23 to October 23. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit if pets are included. There will be a $200 cleaning fee. No smoking is allowed inside the property at all. Guests will have access to the laundry on site and BBQ grill, but need to keep both areas clean. Background check will be run on applicants for credit, criminal and eviction history.
