Selling my playground because we have a baby on the way! The house will come semi-furnished as is if desired. The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath 1,300 square foot, 4-side brick ranch. There is a nice creek that we have put a pedestrian bridge over that is built on an old camper frame. There are a number of black walnut trees, blackberries, and muscadines across the property. There are also deer and turkey. The property adjoins thousands of acres of timberland to north, south, and west, so there is really only one neighbor to the east. No sign in yard and no mailbox.
