    Due to COVID19 Shelter in Place order, we will not be showing the house until Completed Application from all adults is submitted with proof of income sent (ex. screenshot paystub, bank statement etc...) Pictures and videos represent the house with some minor changes. The 3 bedrooms are on the smaller end of the spectrum. There is also a 4th room (without closet) that could be an office, playroom or extra storage. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. There is also a small laundry room/mudroom at main level. There is a basement but it is a Michigan style basement, meaning, all the floor is not concrete...short half basement, half crawl space (I wouldn't count on it for storage, mainly access) No garage. The yard is spacious and deep with various fencing, set in Port Huron Township. It's springtime, and its a bit wet in the back yard. We will pay the water, sewer and trash (some sites are listing this as water not included - but Landlord pays water), but tenant must have gas and electric put into their name. If water usage becomes excessive, above average, rent may be adjusted accordingly. Not a Section 8 Property Owner pays for trash, water and sewer, tenant pays gas and electric. No section 8, must have provable income with good work history. Income required: $3,000.00 min. with proof Background Checks are completed on all occupants No recent Landlord/Tenant Cases No Recent Drug/Violence offenses in background
