It also has a large fenced rear yard, a shed, and a entrance ramp on the front (may not be handicapped applicable but makes it easy to get a wheelchair, scooter, or walker in). EVERYthing inside is one year old except the kitchen cabinets (but were newly painted) and appliances. Totally changed the layout to make it an open floor plan. W/D hook-ups in kitchen. Brand new dishwasher added a year ago. Eat-in space or use part of open area for dining table. Easy driveway parking for 4 cars. I pay for yard care. Absolutely NO drugs, heavy drinking, or loud gatherings. Max of 3 tenants because of septic field size. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANT! I will set up viewings around October 15th. Up to two dogs and/or cats permitted. No size limitation but you will have to have renter's insurance covering any "large" breeds. $150 non-refundable pet fee for 1; $250 for 2. No restriction on an aquarium but max of 4 birds. Security deposit can be paid over 2 months. I will do less than a year's lease at additional monthly rent (to cover repainting and cleaning). You will need to put all utilities in your name. It is an all electric house. NO smoking in the house but fine on the rear deck or yard. You will be responsible for first $100 of any necessary appliance repairs. NO painting or modifications without owner approval. Hanging pics and drapes/blinds/shades is fine. You must make a minimum of $3300/month to qualify. Paystubs or tax returns will be required. You must apply through this website!
