BWH is just across the river down Prospect Street. A Whole Foods grocery store is literally just around the corner, less than a half-block away and perfect when you need groceries on a snowy evening. Currently, the second bedroom is configured as a large study. Some Basic high quality furniture is provided, sourced from Ethan Allen, Design Within Reach, but what you want/need can be negotiated (couch to be provided by tenant). There is also basic kitchen equipment, but if you are bringing your own, an accommodation can easily be made. A microwave and garbage disposal have been purchased for tenant s use. Washer/dryer is in the building basement and is based on a card system, so you don't have to hunt for change.
