You can move in as soon as June 1, 2020 to live with me in the apartment for the next year. I am also flexible to start July 1, and I am also open to half-year and summer sublease inquiries. The apartment is a modern, 2 bedroom, 2-story apartment on 3rd and 4th floors (the top two floors so there is no one above us). The kitchen appliances that come with the apartment include a dish washer, oven, stove, microwave, and more. The third floor is open floor plan with exposed brick, a living area, a newly renovated kitchen, dining area, and the first bathroom. The 4th floor contains two generously sized bedrooms with a bathroom. This second bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment comes with all of this furniture. The apartment has central air and there is a beautiful, tree-shaded back yard. There is street parking right next to the apartment if you have a car. The apartment is located less than 10 minutes from central cross campus and even closer to some of the different yale graduate schools. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from the campus gym as well as a 6 minute walk from the large grocery store in the area. The apartment is also only several blocks away from the downtown shops and restaurants. Overall a very great location.
