Managed by its Board of Directors with its General Manager reporting to that board, its fees cover most of the upkeep of a fine residence including Home Owner's Insurance, Water, Electric, Trash, Recycling, Exterior maintenance and roof maintenance plus landscaping in addition to abundant community amenities.
