This is a perfect rental for a low-key couple. The location of the home is perfectly situated, less than two miles to the beach and two miles to major shopping. And there is an awesome walking trail nearby! The house is available to rent from July 3rd - August 3rd 2022. This is a NO-SMOKING home, no tobacco, vape pens, e-cigarettes, or drugs, inside or outside of the home. There is a $200.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Utilities are included. There is internet but no cable tv. Parking for one (1) vehicle in the driveway and street parking as well. No pets are permitted. The home is available for rent between July 1st - August 1st, 2022, it is a 30-day short-term rental. Will consider a 14-day rental for an additional fee.
