Included are the stove, washer and dryer, and some shelves/chairs/desks that you could either keep or let go. House is apartment sized at 830 square feet, but has another entrance off the rear into a bedroom. The owner does have a garage on the property that is not useable at the moment. We are asking $850 per month but may be flexible depending on tenants abilities to help on the property. We do ask a full month security deposit prior.
