Very cozy,quiet area within walking distance of a creek for boating or fishing. Just a few homes away from historical Makepeace. Country atmosphere. Home is well insulated and extremely easy to heat. Built on 10×12 additional room on the back, still needs finishing. We used as storage space. Can be made into another bedroom or extended super large kitchen. Really a nice little place.
