July 21 UPDATE: Sorry for the additional delays getting the schedule for viewings put together. I've turned the listing off (and on) a few times, OFF to limit any additional request until the original 38 have a chance, and ON to insert messages like this one. I'll be leaving it on today and tomorrow to accept input / scheduling requests from the original 38. I had to spend considerable time yesterday with my insurance agent to learn the limits of 'pet friendly'. Sadly, I have to say here are many breeds that cannot be here. I will lose my coverage if I allow them. I'm waiting for the list of breeds I can attach to the listing to advise you who can't be accepted. Meanwhile, I'll be reaching out to each of you to arrange an in-person or virtual visit over the next several days. July 18 UPDATE: I have just learned my current tenants will not be able to complete their move out / clean up process until the last day of their lease, Monday the 20th. They have been ideal tenants and are medical professionals. Friday evening, they let me know they will need the entire weekend. I apologize for the inconvenience this brings to many of you. This is a stressful process on both sides. I know uncertainty doesn't help at all. I also need to mention I currently have 32 tour requests (and counting). An open house is not an safe option and individual tours will stretch out for at least days. I'm not sure at this time how I can make this process timely and manageable, but I'm trying to come up with something. I hope that I can find a way to provide an update for everyone thru Zillow when I get the keys Monday.
