The house is set on 12 acres teeming with wildlife. There is parking for 3 or 4 cars. Landlords live in the house next door. Utilities and wifi included in rent, shoveling and plowing not included. This is a short-term, shoulder season rental; three to seven months maximum, depending on the time of year. Water, propane, electricity, and internet are included in the rental price. The house is fully furnished, but renters are responsible for supplying their own linens. Small, well-trained, quiet pets may be considered. The renter is responsible for snow shoveling and plowing, although we can recommend a plow company. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Renters are expected to keep the property clean and remove trash and recycling weekly. Security deposit required.
