Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per tenant. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying. 4-bedroom units are individually leased by-the-bed. The security deposit is typically the same as the rent with a $75 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, but all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
