All wood used in construction of home was cedar and interior walls are 3/8" plaster over 3/8" drywall. Roof joists are 2x6 cedar which was framed, not trussed. In 2008, we added the pool, installed the tile, and redid the kitchen. In 2010 we added the front paver deck area and replaced the complete A/C unit.
