The room is furnished with a book case and office chair plus brand new IKEA furniture including a queen bed and mattress, desk, and an office storage cabinet. The room also has three brand new area rugs. There is a great common room with wide screen TV and shared kitchen with all the amenities you would need- including two refrigerators! A quick bike ride or just a short ten minute walk to USC campus and an even shorter walk to the local Ralph's grocery store. The rest of the housemates are nice and friendly. All utilities included, except internet, which has already been set up in the house.
